Flowking Stone is Changing the Narrative of Ghanaian Rap Music & You’ll Love It

Named as a performer at this year’s edition of the 100 Years of Beats Festival in Berlin-Germany, Flowking Stone seems very poised for action and ready to put the flag of Ghana high at the festival this Saturday. A recent check on his Instagram account revealed he was putting together a stunning stage craft and performance, blending different native sounds from indigenous Ghanaian instruments with contemporary instruments creating refreshing renditions to his songs which will be sure to please an international audience.

Flowking Stone to Perform in Germany

Ghanaian rapper Flowking Stone will be performing at the annual “100 Years of Beats Festival”  organised by Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin, Germany. The annual music festival brings together music and art lovers from different parts of the world to celebrate diverse culture through music and art. Flowking Stone will be performing on Saturday 28th of April 2018 alongside a 4-man ensemble, thrilling the crowd to some great music by combining a DJ set and native sounds played by the band.

Known for interpolating native Ghanaian rhythms into rap he will also be giving a talk on the 29th of April on the theme “100 Years of Beat; The Impact of the Drum in the World.
