On the night of Saturday, Dec 23, 2017, a significant percentage of the youth of Oseikrom were at the Kumasi City Mall to witness Flowking Stone’s Oseikrom Shutdown concert. The venue was so full that people were seen all around Asokwa like it was daytime. A great deal of performers were present, from the uprising acts; Amerado, BKC boys, Steez Realm acts, Nana B, Braa Benk, Ratty, just to mention a few. Guru, Okyeame Kwame, Teephlow, Strongman, Cabum, Epixode, and a lot more were also present to make the programme lively. Check out photos from the event below:

DJ Slim invaded Kumasi with a tall list of musicians both mainstream and upcoming. The event which was held at Baba Yara Sports Stadium saw a turn-up of thousands of people. DJ Slim is known to be a huge force that brings artistes into the limelight. So for him to put up a concert, it made sense that he made the platform an avenue for the upcoming musicians to exhibit their talent to the thousands that had gathered. The stage was opened by hardworking rising acts such as Bantama Kings Club (BKC) artistes Kofi Jamar, Obey and Sketchy, also Boss Bouncy and Slim Biggie YO, Hotboy DNA, Ratty, Amerado, Braa Benk, Ayesem, Lord Paper, and a host of others. The place was turned up to a thousand degrees when artistes including Flowking Stone, Mr Eazi, Yaa Pono, Gemini, Edem, Eno, Cabum, Ko-Jo Cue, Shaker, Joey B and Darkovibes set the place ablaze with their performances.
