Despite this being the third edition of the Laughline Comedy series, the Christmas All White Comedy event launched by Kasa Entertainment was of a kind.
Scheduled for December 21 at the Accra City Hall, event was already sold out as it had all the top gurus present in the comedy world on the bill. It also made room to accommodate newbies to help them showcase their talents as well serve as a platform for them to build stage confidence.
With Lekzy Decomic as the host, there was literally no rest from laughter as he served audience with top shelf comedy even before introducing any act. DKB, Nii oo Nii, Augustin Dennis, Sportoo, Jerry, MJ The Comedian, and Original AK all made appearance on the show. Afia Barcelona, the only lady on the show made sure to stand out from the men and leave a huge impression as she got the audience to laugh to every sentence she voiced.
There was blend of comedy with music, DJ Toyor had his moment which he took it to another level with back-to-back tunes from the 90’s through to the present.
The birth of a new chapter in every event more often than not meets a stumbling start before gaining recognition and acceptance but this was not the issue with the comedy show.
This event will surely become an annual event and keep blessing the people with laughter to kill boredom and stress.
