Shatta Wale’s “Reign” Album Ranked 6th on Billboard World Albums Chart

With exactly 10 days after the release of “Reign” album Shatta Wale’s sophomore has landed on Billboard World Albums charts.

The album was released on various digital outlets including iTunes, Spotify, and Apple Music, on October 12, 2018, which was followed by an album concert at Fantasy Dome the next day which had a turnout of thousands of fans.

Billboard is an American entertainment media brand known for its music charts such as Hot 100 and Top 200, tracking the most popular songs and albums in different genres. Billboard has a lot of charts, of which World Albums chart is one.

The World Albums chart is a weekly chart which enlists the week’s top-selling albums, ranked by sales data as compiled by Nielsen Music. That mean’s Shatta Wale earned this spot, with successfully selling a lot of copies of the “Reign” album, and gaining enough streams.

Nielsen Music is the authority music sales measurement company which monitors radio airplay, albums sales, and music consumer behavior.
