The self-acclaimed youth president of Kumasi, Y. Pee puts up an event to crown his successful year, dubbed “Mefiri Oseikrom” at the car park of Kumasi City Mall. Throughout 2018, the “Jumping” hitmaker has been touring around in senior high schools in the city, and he has always been received well with astounding energy.
Developing some guts, Y. Pee decided to stage his own concert which can accompany a large crowd on Dec22, 2018. This would be the first time the emcee would be doing that, and the outcome is indeed history. Joined by “Mensah” hitmaker Kofi Mole, “King Kong” hitmaker Criss Waddle, and “Blow My Mind” hitmaker Flowking Stone, Y. pee entertained his fans to his plethora of songs as they sang along energetically.
This comes as a surprise to critics, as the show had no major radio or TV publicity. This is an evidence that Y. Pee is arguably the most influential artiste in the garden city. He and his team largely publicized the event on social media. With his love for Kumasi acts, he paved the way for an uncountable number of upcoming artistes to perform. The concert was officially hosted by Y FM’s very own, Koo Sebor. Enjoy footages from the event here:
